How are items shipped?
Shipping is either UPS ground or USPS Priority mail depending on how quickly the products are needed. In special circumstances, items can ship next day, however next day rates will apply. Please email underwraps4u@gmail.com for more information.

How are custom orders handled?
Please email underwraps4u@gmail.com with the item you would like customize. A questionnaire will be emailed to you. A $5 deposit is required on customized work. Once the work has been completed, a proof will be sent for approval. When the item has been approved, you will be sent an invoice for the balance. Once payment is received, the item will be emailed or shipped.

Why are the treat bags not assembled?
Due to the size and bulkiness of the treat bags, they are not shipped assembled. You will receive the printed treat containers flat and uncut along with instructions for cutting and folding. This saves on shipping costs. The biggest benefit for you is you get the satisfaction of putting it together and telling all your guests you made them by hand. If you would like the treat boxes cut and scored, there will be an additional charge for assembly and shipping. Email underwraps4u@gmail.com for pricing.

What if I want to order a different quantity than what is list?
Please email underwraps4u@gmail.com with the item name and quantity desired. You will be sent a quote.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Should you feel that your order was not delivered as promised, please email us directly at underwraps4u@gmail.com. We will make every effort to correct the problem.

How are party supply rentals handled?
Under Wraps offers some party goods for rental. Items such as specialty pans, bakeware, decorations and cake stands are available to certain local areas. We know that some supplies can be costly and renting allows customers a way to personalize their events without having to invest in products that may only be used once. Please email underwraps4u@gmail.com if you are interested in a rental. You will be sent a questionnaire and a rental agreement that must be submitted with the deposit for the item and payment. Returned items will be assessed and the deposit will be mailed within 1 week. If any damage fees are assessed, it will be deducted from the deposit.

How are the costs of items determined?
We factor in the cost of paper, ink and labor to create and personalize our products. Treat boxes are printed on 80 lb or higher card stock and candy wrappers are printed on specialty paper, both of which have higher costs than standard printer paper. Many of the items contain detailed graphics and therefore use lots of ink. Personalized paper crafts make unique treats and gifts and that is priceless. :)
